Transform-a-Door was established in 1999. We were a pilot program for a major decorative glass door company determined to create a process for installing their glass in established doors. Our company was the first company to offer this service in the metro Atlanta area and has been growing ever since. If your solid door that is otherwise in good condition is keeping your entryway dark, then we can add glass to your door and bring light into your house. If your door has clear glass in it already and you want more privacy, then we can replace your existing glass with a more private option. If your door has decayed through the years, we can replace it, then add our glass. Transform-A-Door's goal is to give our customers the best possible service, installation, and price around by using as much of your existing entryway as possible while still giving you the entryway of your dreams.
Randy Rosamond, founder of Transform-A-Door, Inc., has been in the construction business for over 20 years. Experience, knowledge, and dedication to doing an excellent job are key factors on making his company a success.
Chad Rosamond, Randy's son, is the current owner of Transform-a-Door, Inc. Chad has been learning from and helping his father Randy in the construction industry since he was 13 years old. After years away from the Southeast and years working in the finance industry, he is happy to be back in the south and crafting work with his own hands to please his customers. Chad is thrilled to be able to continue this family business and to be able to pass on carpentry skills to the next generation as well. He resides on a small farm in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and their seven kids, many of whom have been known to give him a hand on the job.
Transform-A-Door has installed over 2,400 pieces of decorative door glass including sidelights, transoms, custom size glass, and bathroom windows. We have a wide variety of glass designs to choose from and we will bring our showroom to your home for you to choose from on site. With this service, we feel the customer has a better view of what design will complement their home the most. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.
